Time Dilation

Time Dilation is an action unlocked at level 56. It is available for Astrologian.
Notes
Buff duration increases only affect your buffs.
Tips
To make the full use of this buff, the Astrologian should cast Aspected Helios followed by Aspected Benefic and finish with a Royal Road card effect on a single target best suited for the situation.
