Players can dye their armor into different colors. Players can buy dyes from Nanabe (x:14,y:11) in Steps of Thal of Ul'dah, Unsynrael (x:6,y:12) in Lower Decks of Limsa Lominsa and Alaric (x:14,y:8) in Old Gridania.

To dye a piece of armor, click on the Dye icon in the Actions & Traits menu.

  • Dyes can be removed from armor by using the item named Terebinth, brought from the dye vendor.

Before Players can dye their gear, they must finish complete the quest Color Your World in Vesper Bay (x:12, y:14) of West Thanalan.

The Quest requires the player to deliver Orange Juice to NPC. Players can purchase a bottle of Orange Juice from Katherine<Potwatch> (x:13, y:9) at Steps of Thal, Ul'dah.
