60 pots of job-specific Highly Viscous Gobbiegoo are required to upgrade each tool.
10 HQ items will give 1 pot of Highly Viscous Gobbiegoo.
In addition, for miner and botanist a "hidden" item (not present on every node) will need to be turned in also.
For fisher - only 7 pots of Highly Viscous Gobbiegoo are required. 10 HQ items will give 1 pot of Gobbiegoo.
