Sunset Bull-evard is a stage in The Masked Carnivale for Blue Mage, introduced in patch 4.5 with Stormblood.

Act 1

Enemies

Arena Cyclops

Strategy

Use Toad Oil, Bristle and Moon Flute to buff yourself and Self-destruct will one-shot both Arena Cyclops. They move very slow but will kill you instantly if they hit you, so use Swiftcast to make it easier to kill them.

Alternative just kite them one by one. They're very slow and shouldn't be able to catch up to you.

Act 2

Enemies

Tikbalang

Strategy

Normal Minotaur monster as known from other dungeons and duties.

Will cast Voice of Authority to summon a cyclops (same as ACT 1). Sleep it with Acorn Bomb or kill it, and kill the boss.

Look away when the boss casts Cry of Rage. You should be able to kill him at around 75% HP remaining using Final Sting with Bristle, Off-guard and Moon Flute active.

If you choose to kite the boss instead, then after about 3 casts of 111-tonze Swing the boss will cast a bigger version of the move called 1111-tonze Swing. This move is the same size as the safe area, and will instantly wipe you if caught in the aoe. Kite him close to the arena edges so you have a safe spot to run to when he does the big swing, and then repeat kiting as usual.
