Form Shift
“Grants Formless Fist to self, allowing the execution of a weaponskill that requires a certain form, without being in that form.
Duration: 30s
Any additional effects associated with the executed action will also be applied.— In-game description
Form Shift is an action unlocked by questing at level 52. It is available for Monk.
History
Patch 6.0 (2021-12-07): Duration has been increased from 15s to 30s.
Patch 5.4 (2020-12-08): Now grants Formless Fist to self, allowing the execution of a weaponskill that requires a certain form, without being in that form, with a duration of 15 seconds. Any additional effects associated with the executed action will also be applied.- Patch 5.3 (2020-08-11): Additional effect extending the duration of Greased Lightning no longer requires Coeurl Form.
- Patch 5.05 (2019-07-29): The coeurl form bonus "Extends Greased Lightning duration to maximum" has been added.
Patch 3.2 (2016-02-23): Fixed an issue wherein the game would treat the action as an evaded attack when it is used under certain conditions.- Patch 3.0 (2015-06-23): Added with the original description, "Shifts your current form to the next in the sequence. If no form is being used when executed, you will move into the Opo-opo form."
