Upheaval is an action unlocked at level 64. It is available for Warrior.

Patch 6.4 (2023-05-23): Potency has been increased from 370 to 400.
Patch 6.28 (2022-10-31): Potency has been increased from 360 to 370.
Patch 6.21 (2022-09-12): Potency has been increased from 350 to 360.
Patch 6.0 (2021-12-07):
- Potency has been changed from 450 to 350.
- Added "Shares a recast timer with Orogeny".
- Deleted "Beast Gauge Cost: 20"
Patch 5.0 (2019-07-02):
- Potency has been increased from 300 to 450.
- The effect "Potency decreases as own HP decreases. Potency also affected by maximum HP-increasing effects granted to self." has been removed.
- No longer requires the effect of Defiance or Deliverance.
Patch 4.0 (2017-06-20): Added.
