Umbral Ice is a buff that reduces the MP costs of Ice spells and recovers MP when they hit a target, while also lowering the MP costs and damage of Fire spells. At 3 stacks, the cast time of Fire spells is also halved. Umbral Ice is mutually exclusive with Astral Fire.
