Waiting for Golem is a stage in The Masked Carnivale for Blue Mage, introduced in patch 4.5 with Stormblood.

Act 1

Strategy

Easy fight against one enemy. Bring a water spell such as Water Cannon.png  Water Cannon to attack, any healing spell, and Flying Sardine.png  Flying Sardine to interrupt

  • Autoattack: Deals unavoidable damage. Make sure you can heal.
  • Boulder Clap: Frontal cone AOE. Dodge it.
  • Earthen Heart: Interruptible circle AOE. Leaves burning circle and inflicts the Burns icon1.png Burns status
  • Obliterate: Interruptible move with a long cast time... that does about 1000 damage if not interrupted. Also, you have Flying Sardine.png  Flying Sardine.
