Secret of the Lily is a trait unlocked by questing at level 52. It is available for White Mage.
Lillies are consumed to cast 
Afflatus Solace and 
Afflatus Rapture.
History
Patch 6.1 (2022-04-12): Time before a Lily is added to the Healing Gauge has been reduced from once every 30 seconds to once every 20 seconds.
Patch 5.0 (2019-07-02):
- Lilies are no longer gained from execution of Cure or Cure II on self or a party member while in combat. Instead, adds a Lily to your Healing Gauge for every 30 seconds you are engaged in combat.
- Lilies no longer lower recast time of actions at time of action execution. Lilies can now be used to activate certain spells.
Patch 4.05 (2017-07-17): Chance healing a party member via Cure will add a Lily to the Healing Gauge increased from 50% to 100%.- Patch 4.0 (2017-06-20): Added.
