Once the Telophoroi Tempered the populace and the remaining military, they planned to organize an attempt to retake the capitol with the Xth Legion. However, before they could do so, the communications between the Legions broke down, and most of the Xth Legion deserted, leaving them unable to continue their mission to retake the city.
