Lore
Ruler of the clouds, worshipped by the Vanu Vanu. Folklore tells of a legendary white whale said to swim in the Sea of Clouds as if they were the waters of the Rhotano. According to Vanu legend, however, Bismarck led their ancestors to the floating islands. With waves of fury he purges his domain of those who would do his followers harm.

With a flood-blast of water from his great blowhole, the great white whale purges the skies of those who would do his followers harm.Bismarck's primal incarnation, however, has been tainted by the cruel avarice of his Vundu summoners, the entity's uncontrolled appetite leading him to devour the very islands he was intended to protect.
Creation Myth
Long, long ago, in a time when not a single cloud marred the blue vastness of the sky, a stark white calf was born to a pod of sea-dwelling whales. The pale-hued Bismarck endured endless cruelty from his grey-skinned siblings, until one day they suffered the "abomination" to live no more. It is said that the gods wept at his piteous fate, and when his tortured soul ascended to the heavens they returned the white whale to life. His rebirth blessed by divine grace, Bismarck swam through the air, the whale's breath begetting billowing clouds until the sky was filled with a sea of tranquil mist. Master and creator of this peaceful domain, he thence became known as the Lord of the Mists.Compassionate and gentle, Bismarck raised entire islands into the heavens to provide sanctuary for those who had suffered similar torments. The Vanu Vanu mark this occasion in their history as the moment when the Sea of Clouds became their home.
Story
While searching for the ship that bore the archbishop away, the Warrior of Light and the Scions of the Seventh Dawn came to the Vanu Vanu, where the Soleil was last seen. The Vanu Vanu tell them that the archbishop and his knights came to them, demanding the key to Azys Lla. UNfortunately, the primal Bismarck, in his rage, had consumed the island where they key had been kept. With the ambition of keeping the key from Thordan VII, Cid nan Garlond devised a plan to draw the primal away by hauling a floating island behind the Enterprise. Upon this island stood the Warrior of Light, with two dragonkiller cannons. It was on this small piece of floating rock that the Warrior engaged with the Lord of Mists and laid him low.
