Tips and Tricks
- Cat's Eye causes the mark to leap to the telegraphed destination and perform a gaze attack that inflicts an incurable Doom. Look away when it lands.
- Bloodshot Gaze is a telegraphed stack marker gaze on a random player. Stack, but look away from the targeted player. Applies an incurable Doom to those who look.
- Gravitational Wave is an unavoidable large AoE.
- Killer Curiosity applies Wandering Eyes to the mark, which inverts its gaze attacks. While the buff is active, players should look directly at Cat's Eye's attacks. Cat's Eye will remove the buff after two attack casts (including Gravitational Wave), so keep an eye on its status bar for when it falls off.
Description
“Ah, yes, the floating eyeball. With the tentacles. We called it a cat's eye because of its slit pupil, like a cat's.
Also because of the way it rolled around on the floor and made a strange, purring sound when our sentry approached. Just before giving chase and tearing it apart. With its tentacles.
Nostalgia was the first to spot it. She said it reminded her of an old saying: “When a cat passes away, it takes the sorrows of its owner with it.” She always thought it meant something like “every cloud has a silver lining”─that in the face of something so sad, all other worries fade away.
But what if a dead cat actually takes its owners' sorrows with it to the underworld, and together they meld into a new creature─half pussycat, half misery incarnate! <shudder> Puts you off ever getting a pet...— Rinuri, Solution Nine
