Mirka is a Rank A Heavensward Elite Mark found in Coerthas Western Highlands. Killing the Elite Mark will grant the player up to 40 Centurio Seals, 20 Allagan Tomestones of Lore and 10 Allagan Tomestones of Scripture.

Additional Information
Watch for his move Northerlies, an extremely wide circular AoE that freezes the entire party. Use a silence to interrupt the cast. Your party will most likely need two silences in order to hit all Northerlies cast. After using Northerlies, Mirka will use a conal AoE called Frozen Mist which hits for around 10-14k. Spreading out is a good idea to make sure the entire party doesn't get hit in case you can't interrupt Northerlies.
