Main article: Duties
Guildhest Duty Roulette

Duty Roulette is a feature for the Duty Finder introduced in the patch 2.1. Duty Roulette allows the player to participate in randomized duties. Duty Roulette is divided into 4 categories: Low Level, High Level, Main Scenario and Guildhests. In Patch 2.2, Trials and Expert were introduced.

  • Currently players can only use the Duty Roulette while solo, they cannot join as groups.
  • Duty Roulette has daily rewards that give the players experience, Grand Company seals, gil and Tomestones of Mythology and Soldiery. Additional daily experience or gil and seals are given to the most desired role for that category (usually tanks).

Rewards for Duty Roulette

Expert: 25 Allagan Tomestone of Soldiery and Gil.

High Level: 70 Allagan Tomestone of Mythology, 10 Allagan Tomestone of Soldiery and Gil.

Low Level: 100 Allagan Tomestone of Mythology, 5 Allagan Tomestones of Soldiery, Experience, Gil and Company Seals.

Trials: 70 Allagan Tomestone of Mythology, 10 Allagan Tomestones of Soldiery, Gil.

Main Scenario: Gil and 80 Allagan Tomestone of Mythology.

Guildhests: Experience, Gil and Company Seals.

Gil Rewards

Type Normal Reward In Need Bonus
Guildhest 1060 1125
Expert 1500 4500
High Level 1500 4500
Main Scenario 1500 4500
Low Level 3600 4500
Trial 4500 2700
  • In Need Bonus is given to the party role (tank, healer or DPS) that is most needed for the Duties in that category. It is given in addition to the Normal Reward. Most of the time Tanks are the most needed role. Sometimes healer are needed. DPS classes are most common, they are almost never needed.
  • The gil amounts given are based on a level 50 class.

Low Level

Low Level Duty Roulette will put the player into a random dungeon under level 50 that the player has unlocked. Players can participate in the Low Level Duty Roulette once they have unlocked a dungeon at level 15 or higher.

The daily reward for Low Level Roulette depends on your character's level and the level of the dungeon. Players below level 50 will receive a large sum of experience along with company seals and gil. Additional experience will be given to the player if she runs a dungeon that is far below her level. Level 50 characters will be given 60 Allagan Tomestones of Mythology and 5 Allagan Tomestones of Soldiery along with gil.

High Level

High Level Duty Roulette will put the player into a random level 50 light party dungeon, including Amdapor Keep, Copperbell Mines (Hard), Haukke Manor (Hard), Pharos Sirius, The Wanderer's Palace, Halatali (Hard), Brayflox's Longstop (Hard) and The Lost City of Amdapor.

  • Players need to have completed all the duties in the category before they can register for this Duty Roulette.

Main Scenario

Main Scenario Duty Roulette will place the player into either Castrum Meridianum or The Praetorium.

Guildhests

Guildhests Duty Roullete places the player into a random Guildhest the player has unlocked. Players can begin to participate in this Duty Roulette at level 10 or higher.

  • Players need to have completed all the duties in the category before they can register for this Duty Roulette.
