Umbral Ice is a buff that significantly increases MP regeneration. But it also decreases the damage of fire spells by 50%.
MP Regen increases for each stack of Umbral Ice, but I am not sure by how much.
You're able to make it stack to 2x after level: 20 Enhanced_Aetherial_Damage And 3x after level: 40 Increased_Aetherial_Damage_II.
