Spawn Conditions
Trigger
Each time a Rank S dies in Norvrandt, it has a chance to spawn four Forgiven Gossip throughout the zone. Once four of them are killed, Forgiven Rebellion will spawn.
If they spawn, the game will announce: "The minions of an extraordinarily powerful mark are on the hunt for prey."
They will withdraw exactly 5 minutes after this message if not engaged, or if disengaged by dying.
When all four are killed, Forgiven Rebellion will spawn.
Time
Forgiven Rebellion has no respawn timer. It is randomly decided by the server upon each Norvrandt Rank S death whether it will spawn minions or not. Because of this, if the spawning fails because a minion withdraws it has no effect on any timers. It could theoretically spawn minions after every single S rank death in Norvandt. in a row if the game decided to randomly do that.
Tips and Tricks
When it spawns, the game will announce "You sense the presence of a powerful mark..."
- Transference is a 100-yalm gap closer that jumps to a random target. Ranged players should be careful that they are not goading it far enough to reset it.
- Royal Decree is a large AoE that hits up to 32 targets based on proximity.
- Raging Fire is a donut AoE that applies a Vulnerability Up.
- Mindjack is a large AoE that hits up to 32 players based on proximity and forces them to run in the direction of their buff icon when it expires (potentially into an AoE).
- Sanctified Blizzard is telegraphed conal AoE.
- Sanctified Blizzard Chain is a chain of Sanctified Blizzards that rotates in a random direction. Keep behind and rotate with it.
- Interference is a telegraphed semi-circle AoE. Get behind Forgiven Rebellion.
- Heavenly Cyclone is a chain of Interferences that rotates in the indicated direction. Keep behind and rotate with it.
- Heavenly Scythe is a telegraphed circle AoE around Forgiven Rebellion.

Lore
“This wandering eater, fearsome even amongst its own kind, roams all the lands of Norvrandt. Some say that it was once an elven soldier who, at the behest of the mysterious Shadowkeeper, joined the revolt against the rulers of Lakeland. Its unusual hunting habits are also said to be rooted in its past life, as the fiend is known to stalk and kill warriors of proven renown—a predilection that has spelled doom for more than few veteran Nutters.
