Seasonal Events
Players can acquired the minion by exchanging 
Yo-kai Medals to The Wandering Executive in Gold Saucer (x5.2, y6.9). Players get Yo-kai Medals by equipping the 
Yo-kai Watch and completing FATEs in La Noscea, The Black Shroud, and Thanalan.
