Reputation

Template:Rewrite Players can gain reputation with the various Beastmen tribes such as the Sylphs or Amalj'aa by completing the daily Beast Tribe Quests for them. Players will not only gain reputation points for each quest completed but may also gain EXP, gil, Tomestones, various crystals for crafting, materia, and Venture tokens. As the player gains more reputation, they unlock the ability to purchase various unique items such as dyes, housing items, minions, and mounts. Reputation progress between ranks can be checked at any time by accessing the Reputation tab in the Character menu.

Reputation is divided to 8 ranks. For most Beast Tribe quests, the player starts off at rank 1, Neutral. The exception to this are higher level Beast Tribes such as Ananta and Kojin, where both start off at rank 3, Friendly.

Rank 1: Neutral

• Neutral reputation goes from 0 to 150.
• At Neutral, players gain the ability to purchase various crafting materials from each Beast Tribe.
• Reputation points earned through Beast Tribe Quests vary at Neutral rank:
  • A Realm Reborn:
    • The Amal'jaa, Kobold, Sahagin, and Sylph quests grant 10 reputation points each.
      • Completing 3 Neutral rank quests earns you 30 points in one day. Earning 30 points a day will allow you to rank up after 5 days of quests for one Beast Tribe.
    • The Ixali quests grant 20 reputation points each. (Exception of the first Delivery quest, which grants 70 reputation points.)
      • Completing 3 Neutral rank quests will earn you 60 points in one day. Completing the first Ectahl Nine Delivery quest grants 70 reputation points, totaling 130. Complete one more quest the next day to rank up.
  • Heavensward:
    • The Moogle quests grant 50 reputation points each.
    • The Vanu Vanu quests grant 50 reputation points each.
    • The Vath quests grant 70 reputation points each.
      • Completing 3 quests for one Beast Tribe will rank you up within the same day.

Rank 2: Recognized

• Recognized reputation goes from 0 to 360.
• At Recognized rank, players can buy additional items and/or materials from certain Beast Tribes. Typically, dyes become available which are unique to each Beast Tribe.
• Reputation points earned through Beast Tribe Quests vary at Recognized rank:
  • A Realm Reborn:
    • The Kobold, Sahagin, Amal'jaa, and Sylph quests grant 14 reputation points each.
    • The Ixali quests grant 24 reputation points each.
  • Heavensward:
    • The Moogle quests grant 50 reputation points each.
    • The Vanu Vanu quests grant 50 reputation points each.
    • The Vath quests grant 70 reputation points each.

Rank 3: Friendly

• Friendly reputation goes from 0 to 510.
• The quests available at Friendly reputation grant 20 reputation points each. If you just do the 3 Friendly rank quests, you will earn 60 points per day which means you can max this reputation rank in 9 days. If you use 6 daily allowances, doing the 3 Recognized rank quests and the 3 Friendly rank quests, you can earn 102 points and max this rank in 5 days.
• The Ixali quests available at Friendly reputation grant 20 reputation points each.
• Additionally each quest gives the player 10,473 EXP, 780 gil and 1 Venture token.
• At Friendly, players gain the ability to purchase more unique dyes.

Rank 4: Trusted

• Trusted reputation goes from 0 to 720.
• Max rank: Amalj'aa, Sylphs, Kobolds, Sahagin.
• At Trusted, players gain the ability to purchase minions and mounts unique to each Beast Tribe (Excluding Ixal).
• The Ixali quests available at Trusted reputation grant 24 reputation points each.

Rank 5: Respected

• Respected reputation goes from 0 to 990.
• The Ixali quests available at Respected reputation grant 29 reputation points each.
• There are multiple rank up strategies depending on the player's goals:
• 2 Respected Rank quests + Delivery Quest = 108 per day → 10 days to rank up
• 3 Respected Rank quests = 87 per day → 12 days to rank up
• 3 Respected Rank quests + Delivery Quest = 137 per day → 8 days to rank up
• 3 Respected Rank quests + Delivery Quest + 2 Trusted Rank quests = 185 per day → 6 days to rank up

Rank 6: Honored

• Honored reputation goes from 0 to 1320.
• The Ixali quests available at Respected reputation grant 35 reputation points each.
• There are multiple rank up strategies depending on the player's goals:
• 2 Honored Rank quests + Delivery Quest = 120 per day → 11 days to rank up
• 3 Honored Rank quests = 105 per day → 13 days to rank up
• 3 Honored Rank quests + Delivery Quest = 155 per day → 9 days to rank up
• 3 Honored Rank quests + Delivery Quest + 2 Respected Rank quests = 213 per day → 7 days to rank up
• 3 Honored Rank quests + 3 Respected Rank quests = 192 per day → 7 days to rank up

Rank 7: Sworn

• Max rank : Ixal.
• At Sworn, players gain the ability to purchase minions and mounts unique to the Ixal Beast Tribe.
