Strategy
Again, use physical attacks. When the Hip Hops spawn, they will all cast a Gaze attack that will stun you, leaving you vulnerable to a bad breath attack. To avoid this gaze attack, go to the edge and look directly between two of the Hip Hops. You may need to go into the electrified area for a few moments. Be ready to run back to safety after the gaze attack, since you'll need to dodge a cone AOE immediately afterwards.
