Umbral Ice

Umbral Ice is a buff that significantly increases MP regeneration while reducing the MP costs of Ice spells, and lowering the damage and MP costs of Fire spells. At 3 stacks, the cast time of Fire spells is also halved. Umbral Ice is mutually exclusive with Astral Fire.
