The Voidcast Dais (Extreme) is a level 90 trial introduced in patch 6.4 with Endwalker.
Guide
Knight in Black: Golbez
- Assign light parties and Support / DPS pairs
Terrastorm - 2 corner meteors diagonally across from each other
Lingering Spark - bait together, then run (biting cold player target AoE from Zurvan)
Phases of the Blade - half room cleave front, then back
Binding Cold - ice dot aoe
Gale Sphere - line aoes from front/back, then left/right order + Arctic Assault (shadowspread from Hades) on second hit

Voidcast Archfiend Totems per kill. Collect 10 tokens to exchange for a weapon at Nesvaaz in Radz-at-Han (X:10.6 Y:10.0). Note that the 
Lynx of Fallen Shadow Flute will not be available for totem exchange until patch 6.55.
