  • Gather information in the outskirts.
  • Catch a fulmisturgeon in the submerged skyline and deliver it to Donuhanu.

Journal

  • After some discussion, you realize that only a fish endowed with arcane strength will be able to defeat Pashenine's beastly tree. To this end, Donuhanu sends you to the outskirts in Heritage Found to search for lightning-aspected fish.
  • The locals of Heritage Found recommend catching a fulmisturgeon for Pashenine's final challenge.
  • Fulmisturgeons can be fished from the submerged skyline using a Popper Lure as bait.
