Isembard: This camp lies on the road between the Black Shroud and Ul'dah. You'll find several places of note nearby. I suppose the two most well known are the Amalj'aa encampment, where the lizardmen nest, and the Church of Saint Adama Landama, where the thaumaturges tend the dead and worship Thal.
