The Akh Afah Amphitheatre (Extreme) is a level 50 trial that requires a Full Party of 8 players. In the trial, players face Shiva, Lady of Frost. Players need to have item level 95 or higher to participate in this battle.
Reward: 20 Allagan Tomestone of Soldiery and 14 Allagan Tomestone of Poetics.
