Temple Leves are a new form of Guildleve available in Ishgard. Similar to normal Leves, players can select from Battlecraft Leves, Fieldcraft Leves and Tradecraft Leves. Unlike normal Leves, players can undertake large-scale levequests (L) which require 10 leve allowances and are more difficult, but offer around five times the experience and gil plus increased item rewards. Temple Leves were introduced with Heavensward and Patch 3.0.
All Temple Leves start with Eloin in Foundation (X:10.2 Y:10.4). Battlecraft, Botanist, and Miner leves also end with him. Tradecraft leves end with Fionnuala, while Fisher leves end with Cesteline.
Upon completion of a Temple Leve, players are transported to a nearby hamlet and not a levemete.
The difficulty of temple leves can only be increased to +1. If your character is two or more levels higher than that of the levequest, you will suffer a penalty to rewards. Reattempting a large-scale temple leve will require an additional 10 allowances.
Levequests
Battlecraft Leves
During battlecraft temple leves, players can find treasure coffers that can contain Amber-encased Vilekin. Players can exchange these items to Amber Trader in Foundation (x10,y10) for level 52 to 58 Rings and Bracelets.
