Allagan Tomestone of Astronomy is a type of Allagan Tomestone introduced in patch 6.05. They drop from level 90 dungeons, trials or raids. They cannot drop before the player's class is at level 90. They can also be received as rewards for completing lines of Wondrous Tails. Killing S Rank targets from The Hunt in Shadowbringers zones can also award 10 tomestones per.

Players can carry a maximum of 2,000 Allagan Tomestones of Astronomy.
Players can only receive Allagan Tomestones of Astronomy after reaching level 90 with at least one class or job.
Speak with Cihanti in Radz-at-Han (X:10.8 Y:10.4) to exchange Allagan Tomestones of Astronomy.
Speak with Khaldeen in Radz-at-Han (X:10.8 Y:10.4) to enhance gear received in exchange for Allagan Tomestones of Astronomy.

Allagan Tomestone of Astronomy are used to purchase ilvl 590 gear in Radz-at-Han. They can be used to purchase:

Radiant Weapons
- Weapons - 500 + 1
- Paladin Sword - 350 + 1
- Paladin Shield - 150
