Stack count will be reduced to 1 when already under the effect of Soul Reaver.

Grim Swathe is an action unlocked at level 55. It is available for Reaper.
Related traits
Enhanced Avatar (Lv. 70) - Grants the effect of Soul Reaver upon successfully landing Blood Stalk or Grim Swathe.
