An Entelechy is a being that is able to manipulate Dynamis. It is a concept introduced in Endwalker, and the first known example is Meteion.
After the Sundering, the aetheric density of living beings was greatly decreased, which increased their connection to dynamis. Lifeforms that were able to manipulate dynamis because of this, such as the player character (as seen through limit breaks), could be considered entelechies. The ancient Venat hoped that these newfound entelechies would be able to combat the Endsinger.[1]
