Walkthrough
There is a Cloudsbreath at (x29.3, y30.8, z0.6) on top of the hill at the edge of the red circle on the map. You can get up there by going up the side of the hill at (x28.9, y32.3, z0.4).
Steps
- Obtain sprigs of cloudsbreath. 0/3
- Deliver the sprigs of cloudsbreath to Moghan.
Journal
- You speak with Moghan, one of the three trial-givers named by Moglin, and the moogle alchemist bids you gather a special ingredient for his potions. Search the vicinity of Eil Tohm and collect three sprigs of cloudsbreath.
- You have plucked three sprigs of the delicate white flower. Return to Moghome, and deliver them to the waiting Moghan.
- You hand over the sprigs of cloudsbreath to an appreciative Moghan. The alchemist claims that the flower is the main ingredient in a tonic that restores bounce to even the floppiest pom.

Moghan: Hello! Yes, I am Moghan─the foremost alchemist in Moghome, if you must know! Moghan: If your tummy's gloopy or your wings're droopy, I've a potion to fix that! Moghan: Or, I would if I didn't keep running out of ingredients. Luckily, you're here to do my chore─ Er, trial! Yes! Go forth, mighty adventurer, and mightily pluck three sprigs of cloudsbreath for me! Moghan: You'll find it blooming near the entrance to Eil Tohm. It's not the safest of places, so don't let yourself be too distracted by the pretty flowers, kupo! (Optional) Moghan: Pick three sprigs of cloudsbreath—that is your trial. Simple enough, kupo? Moghan: Just pay attention to the denizens near Eil Tohm. They're not exactly, um, friendly!

Moghan: Did you have any trouble finding cloudsbreath? I do need it quite urgently, you know... <Hand Over Cloudsbreath> Moghan: Oh, yes, these are perfect, kupo! Now I have the main ingredient for my pom tonic. Moghan: ...Speaking of which, how are you feeling, miss/sir? Should you ever feel your pom losing its bounce, then I'm your moogle, kupo!
