Fight or Flight is an action unlocked at level 2. It is available for Gladiator / Paladin.

Patch 7.0 (2024-07-02):
- The additional effect "Grants Goring Blade Ready" has been added with a duration of 30 seconds.
Patch 6.3 (2023-01-10):
- Effect was changed from "Increases physical damage dealt by 25%" to "Increases damage dealt by 25%."
- Duration was reduced from 25 to 20 seconds.
Patch 4.0 (2017-06-20):
- Now acquired at level 2 (previously level 6).
- Increased physical damage effect was reduced from 30% to 25%.
- Recast time was reduced from 90 to 60 seconds.
Patch 2.0 (2013-08-27): Added.
Trivia
The Fight-or-flight response is a physiological reaction which releases hormones to help the animal or human flee or fight when in a situation of danger. Common reactions include acceleration of the heart rate, increased blood flow towards the arms and legs and dilation of the pupils.
