*Prior to its patch 5.0 rework, its effects on skill speed and spell speed were sometimes deleterious for other jobs' rotations. Thus, this card was one of the most undesirable to draw.
Arrow, like [[The Balance]] is another card that is incredibly effective and should never be sacrificed for use in [[Royal Road]]. The DPS gain is incredibly significant at any level and any situation. The Astrologian should give it to the player best suited for the situation at hand.
