Blizzard is an action unlocked at level 1. It is available for Thaumaturge / Black Mage.

Patch 5.0 (2019-07-02):
- MP cost has been set at 400 MP.
- Umbral Ice duration increased from 13 to 15 seconds.
Patch 4.0 (2017-06-20):
- The additional effect "Heavy" has been removed.
- Umbral Ice duration increased from 12 to 13 seconds.
Patch 3.4 (2016-09-27): Heavy duration has been reduced from 12 to 8 seconds in PvP areas.
Patch 2.3 (2014-07-08): Potency has been increased from 150 to 170.
Patch 2.0 (2013-08-27): Added.
