Patch 7.0 (2024-07-02): The effects of this action have been completely revamped to the current description. The changes prevent Barrage from overwriting any existing Straight Shot/Refulgent Arrow proc, add its effect to Wide Volley (a low-level version of Shadowbite added in Dawntrail), and interact with Resonant Arrow, a new level 96 action.
