Power Surge is an action unlocked at level 45. It is available for Dragoon.

Patch 6.0 (2021-12-07): Is now a status effect, increasing damage dealt by 10%, granted by Disembowel or Sonic Thrust.
Patch 4.0 (2017-06-20): Removed.
Patch 2.1 (2013-12-17): Recast time has been reduced from 90 to 60 seconds.
Patch 2.0 (2013-08-27): Added.
