Resets
Repeatable activities reset on two different timeframes: the daily reset and the weekly reset. Each type of reset has a different time during the day when it occurs. For the daily reset, there are also some that are exceptions, which reset at a different time of day.
Each reset uses Greenwich Mean Time (GMT), also known as Coordinated Universal Time (UTC+00:00), as a point of reference, regardless of whether the player’s or client’s region observes Daylight Savings Time (DST) at any given time of year, or not.
For more information on activities affected by reset times, see Daily and Weekly Checklist.
Daily Reset
The daily reset always occurs at 3 p.m. GMT. The following list converts that for several time-zones and their respective daylight savings times (where applicable), though it is not all-encompassing.
Time Zone | U.S. Pacific | U.S. Eastern | Central Europe | Japan | Australia Eastern |
---|---|---|---|---|---|
Standard Time | 7 a.m. | 10 a.m. | 4 p.m. | 12 a.m. | 1 a.m. |
Daylight Savings Time | 8 a.m. | 11 a.m. | 5 p.m. | — | 2 a.m. |
Examples of activities affected by this reset are Duty Roulette rewards and the Tribal Quests.
Exceptions
There are some exceptions to the Daily Reset:
- Adventurer Squadrons training courses
- Grand Company Supply and Provisioning Missions
- Levequest Allowances
Adventurer Squadron training courses
The training courses always reset at 8 p.m. GMT. The following list converts that for several time-zones and their respective daylight savings times (where applicable), though it is not all-encompassing.
Time Zone | U.S. Pacific | U.S. Eastern | Central Europe | Japan | Australia Eastern |
---|---|---|---|---|---|
Standard Time | 12 p.m. | 3 p.m. | 9 p.m. | 5 a.m. | 6 a.m. |
Daylight Savings Time | 1 p.m. | 4 p.m. | 10 p.m. | — | 7 a.m. |
Supply and Provision Missions
The GC reset is at 8 p.m.
| 4 p.m. | 10 p.m. | — | 7 a.m. |
Levequest Allowances
The leve allowance reset occurs at 12 a.m./p.m. GMT. The following list converts that for several time-zones and their respective daylight savings times (where applicable), though it is not all-encompassing.
Time Zone | U.S. Pacific | U.S. Eastern | Central Europe | Japan | Australia Eastern |
---|---|---|---|---|---|
Standard Time | 4 a.m./p.m. | 7 a.m./p.m. | 1 a.m./p.m. | 9 a.m./p.m. | 10 a.m./p.m. |
Daylight Savings Time | 5 a.m./p.m. | 8 a.m./p.m. | 2 a.m./p.m. | — | 11 a.m./p.m. |
Weekly Reset
- This information is transcluded from Template: weeklyreset.
The weekly reset occurs every Tuesday at 8 a.m. GMT. The following list converts that for several time-zones and their respective daylight savings times (where applicable), though it is not all-encompassing.
Time Zone | U.S. Pacific | U.S. Eastern | Central Europe | Japan | Australia Eastern |
---|---|---|---|---|---|
Standard Time | 12 a.m. | 3 a.m. | 9 a.m. | 5 p.m. | 6 p.m. |
Daylight Savings Time | 1 a.m. | 4 a.m. | 10 a.m. | — | 7 p.m. |
Examples
Some activies that the weekly reset affects are the Challenge Log, loot from Raids, and certain missions in Adventurer Squadrons.
