Phlegma III
Targeted Circle“Deals unaspected damage to target and all enemies nearby it with a potency of 600 for the first enemy, and 50% less for all remaining enemies.
Additional Effect: Restores HP to targets under the effect of Kardion granted by you
Cure Potency: 170
Maximum Charges: 2

Phlegma III is an action unlocked at level 82. It is available for Sage.
