Additional Information
- Description: Umbrally turbulent
- This weather doesn't occur naturally, only appearing when the I Don't Want to Believe Notorious Monster FATE spawns. Once the FATE has despawned and players no longer have the Aetherically Primed buff, the weather will return to normal.
- Umbral Turbulence doesn't overwrite the effects of the weather it replaced, and it will cycle as normal. As such, weather-based effects such as sprites spawning will continue to occur.
