Tackle Mastery is a trait unlocked at level 66. It is available for Monk.

Patch 6.0 (2021-12-07): Removed.
Patch 5.0 (2019-07-02): Now allows the accumulation of 2 charges for consecutive uses of Shoulder Tackle.
Patch 4.0 (2017-06-20): Added with the following description: "Changes the effect of Shoulder Tackle depending on which Fists status is active. Fists of Earth: Knockback added, range reduced. Fists of Wind: Immediate second Tackle, damage halved. Fists of Fire: Increased damage dealt".
