Reputation

Template:Rewrite Players can gain reputation with the various Beastmen tribes such as the Sylphs or Amalj'aa by completing the daily Beast Tribe Quests for them. Players will not only gain reputation points for each quest completed but may also gain EXP, gil, Tomestones, various crystals for crafting, materia, and Venture tokens. As the player gains more reputation, they unlock the ability to purchase various unique items such as dyes, housing items, minions, and mounts. Reputation progress between ranks can be checked at any time by accessing the Reputation tab in the Character menu.

Reputation is divided to 8 ranks. For most Beast Tribe quests, the player starts off at rank 1, Neutral. The exception to this are higher level Beast Tribes such as Ananta and Kojin, where both start off at rank 3, Friendly.

Rank 1: Neutral

• Neutral reputation goes from 0 to 150.
• At Neutral, players gain the ability to purchase various crafting materials from each Beast Tribe.
• Reputation points earned through Beast Tribe Quests vary at Neutral rank:
  • A Realm Reborn:
    • The Amal'jaa, Kobold, Sahagin, and Sylph quests grant 10 reputation points each.
      • Completing 3 Neutral rank quests earns you 30 points in one day, maxing this reputation in 5 days.
    • The Ixali quests grant 20 reputation points each.
      • Completing 3 Neutral rank quests will earn you 60 points in one day. Completing the first Ectahl Nine Delivery quest grants 70 reputation points, totaling 130. Complete one more quest the next day max the reputation.
  • Heavensward:
    • The Moogle quests grant 50 reputation points each.
    • The Vanu Vanu quests grant 50 reputation points each.
    • The Vath quests grant 70 reputation points each.
      • Completing 3 quests for one Beast Tribe will max the reputation within the same day.

Rank 2: Recognized

• Recognized reputation goes from 0 to 360.
• At Recognized rank, players can buy additional items and/or materials from certain Beast Tribes. Typically, dyes become available which are unique to each Beast Tribe.
• Reputation points earned through Beast Tribe Quests vary at Recognized rank:
  • A Realm Reborn:
    • The The Amal'jaa, Kobold, Sahagin, and Sylph quests grant 14 reputation points each.
      • Completing 3 Recognized rank quests earns you 42 points in one day, maxing this reputation in 9 days. Completing 3 additional Neutral rank quests earns you a total of 72 points in one day, maxing this reputation in 5 days.
    • The Ixali quests grant 24 reputation points each.
      • Completing 3 Recognized rank quests earns you 72 points in one day, maxing this reputation in 5 days. Completing 3 additional Neutral rank quests earn you a total of 132 points in one day, maxing this reputation in 3 days.
  • Heavensward:
    • The Moogle quests grant 50 reputation points each, totaling 150 points for 3 quests. Reputation will be maxed in 3 days.
    • The Vanu Vanu quests grant 50 reputation points each, totaling 150 points for 3 quests. Reputation will be maxed in 3 days.
    • The Vath quests grant 70 reputation points each, totaling 210 points for 3 quests. Reputation will be maxed in 2 days.

Rank 3: Friendly

• Friendly reputation goes from 0 to 510.
• The Kojin and Ananta Beast Tribes start at this rank.
• At Friendly rank, players gain the ability to purchase more unique dyes for each Beast Tribe.
  • Kojin and Ananta do not sell materials or dyes for gil. Instead, they only exchange Beast Tribe currency for miscellaneous materials and equipment such as Ventures, fish (Kojin), and False Nails (Ananta).
• Reputation points earned through Beast Tribe Quests vary at Friendly rank:
  • A Realm Reborn:
    • The The Amal'jaa, Kobold, Sahagin, and Sylph quests grant 20 reputation points each.
      • Completing 3 Friendly rank quests earns you 60 points in one day, maxing this reputation in 9 days. Completing 3 additional Recognized rank quests earns you a total of 102 points in one day, maxing this reputation in 5 days.
    • The Ixali quests grant 29 reputation points each.
      • Completing 3 Friendly rank quests earns you 87 points in one day, maxing this reputation in 6 days. Completing 3 additional Recognized rank quests earn you a total of 159 points in one day, maxing this reputation in 4 days.
  • Heavensward:
    • The Moogle quests grant 50 reputation points each, totaling 150 points for 3 quests. Reputation will be maxed in 4 days.
    • The Vanu Vanu quests grant 50 reputation points each, totaling 150 points for 3 quests. Reputation will be maxed in 4 days.
    • The Vath quests grant 70 reputation points each, totaling 210 points for 3 quests. Reputation will be maxed in 3 days.
  • Stormblood:
    • The Kojin quests grant 60 reputation points each, totaling 180 for 3 quests. Reputation will be maxed in 3 days.
    • The Ananta quests grant 60 reputation points each, totaling 180 for 3 quests. Reputation will be maxed in 3 days.

Rank 4: Trusted

• Trusted reputation goes from 0 to 720.
• Max rank of Amal'jaa, Kobold, Sahagin, and Sylph. Quests will not increase reputation for these tribes.
  • At most, a total of 23 days are needed if you only do 3 quests a day at their respective reputation rank to achieve Trusted for a single Beast Tribe. Less time is needed if you use more of your daily allowances for more quests for a particular tribe.
• At Trusted rank, players gain the ability to purchase minions and mounts unique to each Beast Tribe (Excluding Ixal, Heavensward, and Stormblood tribes).
• Reputation points earned through Beast Tribe Quests vary at Trusted rank:
  • A Realm Reborn:
    • The Ixali quests grant 35 reputation points each.
      • Completing 3 Trusted rank quests earns you 105 points in one day, maxing this reputation in 7 days. Completing 3 additional Friendly rank quests earn you a total of 192 points in one day, maxing this reputation in 4 days.
  • Heavensward:
    • The Moogle quests grant 50 reputation points each, totaling 150 points for 3 quests. Reputation will be maxed in 5 days.
    • The Vanu Vanu quests grant 50 reputation points each, totaling 150 points for 3 quests. Reputation will be maxed in 5 days.
    • The Vath quests grant 70 reputation points each, totaling 210 points for 3 quests. Reputation will be maxed in 4 days.
  • Stormblood:
    • The Kojin quests grant 60 reputation points each, totaling 180 for 3 quests. Reputation will be maxed in 4 days.
    • The Ananta quests grant 60 reputation points each, totaling 180 for 3 quests. Reputation will be maxed in 4 days.

Rank 5: Respected

• Respected reputation goes from 0 to 990.
• At Respected rank, players gain the ability to purchase additional materials for certain Beast Tribes, such as Ixali, Vath, and Kojin.
• Reputation points earned through Beast Tribe Quests vary at Respected rank:
  • A Realm Reborn:
    • The Ixali quests grant 42 reputation points each.
      • Completing 3 Respected rank quests earns you 126 points in one day, maxing this reputation in 8 days. Completing 3 additional Trusted rank quests earn you a total of 231 points in one day, maxing this reputation in 5 days.
  • Heavensward:
    • The Moogle quests grant 50 reputation points each, totaling 150 points for 3 quests. Reputation will be maxed in 7 days.
    • The Vanu Vanu quests grant 50 reputation points each, totaling 150 points for 3 quests. Reputation will be maxed in 7 days.
    • The Vath quests grant 70 reputation points each, totaling 210 points for 3 quests. Reputation will be maxed in 5 days.
  • Stormblood:
    • The Kojin quests grant 60 reputation points each, totaling 180 for 3 quests. Reputation will be maxed in 6 days.
    • The Ananta quests grant 60 reputation points each, totaling 180 for 3 quests. Reputation will be maxed in 6 days.

Rank 6: Honored

• Honored reputation goes from 0 to 1320.
• At Honored rank, players gain the ability to purchase additional materials from Moogle and miscellany from certain other tribes.
• Reputation points earned through Beast Tribe Quests vary at Honored rank:
  • A Realm Reborn:
    • The Ixali quests grant 50 reputation points each.
      • Completing 3 Honored rank quests earns you 150 points in one day, maxing this reputation in 9 days. Completing 3 additional Respected rank quests earn you a total of 276 points in one day, maxing this reputation in 5 days.
  • Heavensward:
    • The Moogle quests grant 50 reputation points each, totaling 150 points for 3 quests. Reputation will be maxed in 9 days.
    • The Vanu Vanu quests grant 50 reputation points each, totaling 150 points for 3 quests. Reputation will be maxed in 9 days.
    • The Vath quests grant 70 reputation points each, totaling 210 points for 3 quests. Reputation will be maxed in 7 days.
  • Stormblood:
    • The Kojin quests grant 60 reputation points each, totaling 180 for 3 quests. Reputation will be maxed in 8 days.
    • The Ananta quests grant 60 reputation points each, totaling 180 for 3 quests. Reputation will be maxed in 8 days.

Rank 7: Sworn / Allied (A Realm Reborn)

• Sworn reputation goes from 0 to 1730.
• Max rank of Ixal. Quests will not increase reputation for Ixal if completed.
  • At most, a total of 37 days are needed if you only do 3 quests a day at their respective reputation rank to achieve Sworn for Ixal. Less time is needed if you use more of your daily allowances for more quests.
• At Sworn, players gain the ability to purchase additional materials from Ixal, and minions and mounts unique to all Beast Tribes. An additional Emote is also available with Kojin.
• To obtain Allied for A Realm Reborn tribes, you must complete all Ixal main quests (achieve Sworn) and have completed the main quests for the four other ARR Beast Tribes (achieve Trusted): Amal'jaa, Kobold, Sahagin, and Sylph. Then, you must complete a series of quests. See Allied Beast Tribe Quests for more information.
  • At Allied, players may buy an additional minion from all ARR tribes except Ixal.
• Reputation points earned through Beast Tribe Quests vary at Sworn rank:
  • Heavensward:
    • The Moogle quests grant 50 reputation points each, totaling 150 points for 3 quests. Reputation will be maxed in 12 days.
    • The Vanu Vanu quests grant 50 reputation points each, totaling 150 points for 3 quests. Reputation will be maxed in 12 days.
    • The Vath quests grant 70 reputation points each, totaling 210 points for 3 quests. Reputation will be maxed in 9 days.
  • Stormblood:
    • The Kojin quests grant 60 reputation points each, totaling 180 for 3 quests. Reputation will be maxed in 10 days.
    • The Ananta quests grant 60 reputation points each, totaling 180 for 3 quests. Reputation will be maxed in 10 days.

Rank 8: Bloodsworn / Allied (Heavensward)

• Max rank of Heavensward and Stormblood Beast Tribes.
  • 41 days are needed to max out Moogle and Vanu Vanu reputation.
  • 31 days are needed to max out Vath reputation.
  • 31 days are needed to max out Kojin and Ananta reputation.
• At Bloodsworn, players may buy certain equipment from Vath and Vanu Vanu Tribes.
• To obtain Allied for Heavensward, you must complete all main Beast Tribe quests (achieve Bloodsworn) for Moogle, Vanu Vanu, and Vath tribes, then complete a series of quests. See Allied Beast Tribe Quests for more information.
  • At Allied, players may buy an additional minion from Moogle, and additional equipment from Vath and Vanu Vanu.
• Allied is not yet available for Stormblood Beast Tribes as of 4.25.
