Players can acquired it by exchanging Yo-kai Medal to The Wandering Executive in Gold Saucer (x5.2, y6.9). Players can acquire Yo-kai Medals by equipping the Yo-kai Watch and completing FATEs in La Noscea, The Black Shroud, and Thanalan.
