Although Gaia, the girl who had previously launched an attack on Eden, has finally awoken, her amnesia prevents you from learning much of her origins. For the time being, the best course of action appears to be continuing with efforts to restore balance to the ambient aether of the Empty. The next element is lightning, which once ravaged the Gandof Thunder Plains in the time before the Flood of Light. Your memories of Ramuh give corporeal form to the crackling aetherial energies drawn forth.

• Crippling Blow Tankbuster
• Stratospear Summons Summons 2 AOE circles on the east and west of the platform, where two lightning spears will shortly drop.
• Judgement Jolt Draws lightning into the tallest of the two spears summoned by Stratospear Summons. Move to the edge of the platform that has the shortest spear to avoid the AOE.
• Surge Protection Orbs summons a scattering of orbs around the platform. Players can gather up to three of these orbs for a stacking "shield" buff that will serve as protection from some of Ramuh's upcoming attack. These will be continuously summoned throughout the rest of the duty, so players should refresh their stacks when possible. Do not exceed 3 stacks of the orbs.
• Stormcloud Summons Targets 2 players with a purple dagger marker that will deposit a stormcloud when it expires. The clouds will do a small AOE around itself for some time after it is dropped. Players should drop their stormclouds not only away from the party, but also away from one another. If stormclouds are placed too close to one another they will combine and pulse massive damage to the group.
• Judgement Volts Raidwide AOE damage + summons more surge protection orbs.
• Fury's Bolts buffs Ramuh, altering his next attack.
• Divine Judgement Volts Unavoidable raidwide damage, must have at least 1 stack of surge protection to survive
• ''Tribunal Summons Summons the Will of Ramuh along the north of the platform in the center.
