Allagan Tomestones of Esoterics were a type of Allagan Tomestone introduced in Patch 3.05. They dropped from level 60 dungeons, trials or raids. They could not drop before the player's class is at level 60.

Allagan Tomestones of Esoterics were discontinued in Patch 3.4. They could be exchanged with Auriana in Revenant's Toll (X:22.7 Y:6.7) for Allagan Tomestone of Lore until Patch 4.0 with the launch of Stormblood.

• Players could carry a maximum of 2,000 Allagan Tomestones of Esoterics.
• Players could only receive Allagan Tomestones of Esoterics after reaching level 60 with at least one class or job.
• Speak with Hismena in Idyllshire (X:5.8 Y:5.3) to exchange Allagan Tomestones of Esoterics.
• Speak with Seika in Idyllshire (X:6.7 Y:7.4) to enhance gear received in exchange for Allagan Tomestones of Esoterics.
