Dialogue
When you were swimming to open the seal, notice the position of the statues (Answer is - Owl Statue.):
"Come together, share despair"
The wolf statue and the opo-opo statue were pointed at one another
"Go thy ways, dread burdens bear"
The serpent and the coeurl statues are looking in opposite directions of each other
"Mark the crown, heed its call"
The owl statue is looking towards the pyramid. Furthermore, the owl is also the animal on the royal seal of the Ronkans. You WANT to get inside, so you would do best to "heed its call"
"Avert thy gaze, forever fall"
The colibri statue is looking away (averting its gaze) from the pyramid
