Between the Eyes (PvP) is an action unlocked at level . It is available for Machinist.

Patch 5.0 (2019-07-02): Removed.
Patch 4.2 (2018-01-30): Potency when target is under the effect of Bind, Stun, or Sleep has been increased from double to triple normal potency.
Patch 3.56 (2017-03-27): Potency when target is bound, stunned, or asleep has been reduced from 3 times normal damage to 2.5 times normal damage.
Patch 3.26 (2016-04-13):
- Potency has been reduced from 150 to 120.
- Enhanced Between the Eyes II increased potency has been changed from 180 to 150.
Patch 3.0 (2015-06-23): Added.
