Raise
“Resurrects target to a weakened state.

Raise is an action unlocked at level 12. It is available for Conjurer / White Mage.
Notes
- This action is analogous to Resurrection for Arcanist / Summoner / Scholar, Ascend for Astrologian, Egeiro for Sage, and Verraise for Red Mage, in that they are all resurrect spells.
- Similar to other resurrect spells, it is useful to use Swiftcast if it is available to bypass the long cast time of this spell.
