Fester is an action unlocked at level 10. It is available for Arcanist / Summoner.

Patch 6.28 (2022-10-31): Potency has been increased from 300 to 340.- Patch 6.0 (2021-12-07):
- Now acquired at level 10 (previously level 18).
- Potency has been changed from 100 to 300.
- Removed additional effects.
- Recast time has been decreased from 5s to 1s.
Patch 5.1 (2019-10-29): Fixed an issue wherein using Fester immediately after inflicting a damage over time effect caused Fester to have no effect.- Patch 5.0 (2019-07-02):
- Now acquired by the arcanist class.
- Now acquired at level 18 (previously level 35).
- Now deals damage with a potency of 100.
