“Deals ice damage with a potency of 280.
Additional Effect: Grants Umbral Ice III and removes Astral Fire
Duration: 15s— In-game description
Blizzard III is an action unlocked by questing at level 35. It is available for Black Mage.

Patch 7.0 (2024-07-02): Potency has been increased from 260 to 280.
Patch 6.08 (2022-01-24): Potency has been increased from 240 to 260.- Patch 6.0 (2021-12-07): Now acquired at level 35 (previously level 40).
Patch 5.0 (2019-07-02):
- MP cost has been set at 800 MP.
- Umbral Ice duration has been increased from 13 to 15 seconds.
Patch 4.0 (2017-06-20): Umbral Ice duration increased from 12 to 13 seconds.
Patch 2.3 (2014-07-08): Potency has been increased from 220 to 240.- Patch 2.0 (2013-08-27): Added.
