Purify (PvP)
“Removes Stun, Heavy, Bind, Silence, Deep Freeze, and Miracle of Nature.
Additional Effect: Grants Resilience
Resilience Effect: Nullifies status afflictions that can be removed by Purify, as well as knockback and draw-in effects
Duration: 3s
Can be used even when under the effect of certain status afflictions.— In-game description
Purify (PvP) is an action unlocked at level 30. It is available for any class or job.
History
Patch 7.1 (2024-11-12):
- No longer removes Half-asleep and Sleep (those status afflictions came from the now-removed ability
Night Wing). - Now removes Miracle of Nature.
- Now nullifies knockback and draw-in effects.
- Duration has been reduced from 5 to 3s.
- Recast has been reduced from 30 to 24s

Patch 6.55 (2024-01-16): Resilience will now be granted unconditionally.- Patch 6.1 (2022-04-12):
- Now available to all jobs.
- Cure potency has been removed.
- The effect "Grants Resilience upon successfully removing one of the aforementioned effects" has been added.
Patch 5.1 (2019-10-29):
- No longer categorized as an Additional Action, but remains shared between all healer jobs.
- Recast time has been reduced from 45 to 30 seconds.
- The additional effect "Cure potency is doubled when a status affliction is removed" has been added.
- Patch 5.0 (2019-07-02):
- Now exclusive to the healer role.
- Recast time has been increased from 30 to 45 seconds.
- Can now additionally be used on a target party member.
