Rising Phoenix (PvP) is an action unlocked at level 30. It is available for Monk.

Notes

• When used, the additional effect of Fire's Rumination will turn   Flint's Reply into   Fire's Reply, effectively turning a 6,000 potency ranged attack into a 12,000 potency ranged attack.

• Patch 7.1 (2024-11-12):
  • Potency has been increased from 3,000 to 4,000.
  • Recast time has been increased from 15 to 16 seconds.
  • The effect "Grants Fire's Rumination" has been added with a duration of 10 seconds.
