Steps

• Speak with Soroban at Pier #2.

• Speak with Alphinaud. (Solo Duty)

• Speak with Alphinaud.

• Join Alisaie.

• Speak with Soroban near Isari.

Walkthrough

Phase 1:

• Defeat all present enemies, then run up the ramp. (Possible bug: A cutscene must trigger once you progress half-way up the ramp. If nothing occurs and you make it to the top, run back down to the bottom and back up until the cutscene triggers.)

Phase 2:

• Defeat all enemies.
  • When a Magitek Rearguard spawns, aim to defeat it first. It will eventually cast Self-Destruct and if not defeated in time, it will damage everyone and place a Vulnerability Up debuff. One Self-Destruct will not kill you, but soon, multiple Rearguards will spawn.
  • Two Magitek Rearguards will spawn. Lure one or both of them towards Yugiri's Doton field. When the Magitek Rearguard casts Self-Destruct in the field, it will be slowed, and allow you to defeat it quickly to prevent the other Rearguard from killing you should it explode before it dies.
  • Magitek Hexadrone will spawn. It will target you with multiple AoEs and summon drones that explode after a period of time. Additionally, it will mark you with a column that eventually uses your position as a proximity-based attack. To lessen damage for your NPC allies, do not run with them when they try to run away at first.
  • Four Magitek Rearguards will spawn. Alphinaud will prepare to cast Starstorm. Yugiri will lure two of the Rearguards to the Starstorm target field, while you must lure the other. Starstorm will damage all Rearguards significantly and allow you to kill them all in time before any of them finish casting Self-Destruct. Once defeated, the duty will end.
